Do you suspect Heavy Metals?
Some Quick Self Tests
Look for Mees' Lines on fingernails. They are often present in people with chronic toxicity from heavy metals.
Magnesium effects: most people are deficient in magnesium. If low doses cause you to have very loose stools, then ou are not absorbing magnesium well, a typical sign of metal toxicity.
iodine skin "patch" test: this unverified test is easy to do at home, but must be done on a patch of skin that is "no contact" for 24 hrs
Sensitivity to Alpha Lipoic Acid, a supplement commonly found in health food stores or supermarket isles. Start with lowest possible pill dose when in a quiet, safe place. If you feel dizzy or with very increased symptoms, look further into lab testing for heavy metals.
ocular floaters: seeing "junk" floating around in your field of vision is very common in those with heavy metal toxicity
handwriting: extremely small handwriting is often associated with lead toxicity
hair minerals testing "derangement" means that your mineral levels are not evenly dispersed between mid-range, low-range, and high-range, as would be expected in a "healthy"person's hair. Hair is sort of a "passive backwater" and whatever floats by lodges into hair and can be lab tested.
timing "coincidences" : was there complex dental work just weeks before a heart attack or other acute attack "out of nowhere"?
Did a new heart or brain condition happen just months after a surgery on a large bone like a hip replacement? Cut bone can leach "sequestered" heavy metals back into to bloodstream from a new "repoisoning" from within. Chelation therapies could handle/remove that new wave of typically UNTRACKED/UNMONITORED exposure.
Yawning: Does your body "jam up" during a yawn and you can't seem to complete the neural sequence of the complete yawn reflex?
sensory: unusual sensitivity to light, fluorescent bulbs, sound, smell
